At Optimal Support, we deliver personalised, compassionate care that helps people build confidence, stay connected, and live more independently. Founded in 2020 in Stockport, Optimal Support provides tailored support for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, dementia, and dual diagnosis.

Whether it’s help with daily routines, emotional wellbeing, social engagement or building life skills, our flexible support plans are shaped around individual goals. We work closely with families, the NHS, local authorities, and community partners to deliver holistic, inclusive care that puts people first.

We focus on social inclusion, supporting people to access their communities, attend appointments, manage bills and benefits, and build everyday independence.

While we also offer occasional wellbeing groups and seasonal activities, our core work is about practical, person-led support that empowers people to live more freely and confidently.

We’re currently recruiting support workers, senior staff, and team leaders who share our values of empathy, respect, and inclusion. We offer full training, flexible roles, and a welcoming, values-led team.
