Optimal support is a health and social care provider dedicated to delivering high quality person centered support packages, that promotes Independence, health and wellbeing to service users.

We cover mental health, learning disabilities, autism, dementia, dual diagnosis and complex behaviours. Focus is on re-ablement, enablement, recovery and equality within the community.

We are a responsive, caring team that puts the needs and wishes of service users at the forefront , making sure dignity, respect and empathy is shown throughout regardless of impairment, race, gender or sexual orientation. We are looking for caring, compassionate individuals to join our team, who are passionate about making a difference, enhancing quality of life and reaching achievable goals in relation to mental, physical and social capacity. We support in advocacy, daily living skills ,accessing community activities, attending health appointments and sign posting to other services. No personal care is involved.
